The B essence has been present in Grupo Boticário since the company was founded by Mr. Miguel, and it is what brings everyone in the group together, not for who they are, but for what they believe in and want to build.
And it was from this spirit of restlessness and innovation that the B Generation Program – Internship and Trainee for those who (re)invent the future was created, which seeks young talents to form a new generation of professionals at Grupo Boticário. The creation started from the development of the concept and manifesto to the unfolding of the entire campaign’s communication.
