Beauty Week

Born with the purpose of breaking paradigms, Beauty Week was more than just a major retail event. It was a movement. The name change—from Black Week to Beauty Week—sparked controversy at first, but it resonated into something much bigger in 2020. It brought reflections, put diversity on the agenda, and translated the entire essence of the movement: the sparkle in the eye, the restlessness, and the agility to make this period the most historic one for Grupo Boticário.

And more than just bringing this spirit to consumers, our job was to engage GB employees with various actions and movements during BW month.
