Diversity Committee

With the goal of celebrating diversity within FOME, the Diversity Committee was created to add greater value and strength to the projects developed by the agency. With multiple voices and different points of view, we foster freedom within the company, raising our voice and raising the flag of diversity with greater authority.

A necessary tool for us to seek to prioritize minorities in new hires and to be a safe space for LGBT+, black and disabled people, sharing experiences and opinions on the topics that surround our lives.

Casa do Todos

The Casa do Todos Institute has been working in the area of ​​human care for 20 years, creating the possibility of care for people of different ages, with disabilities or living in situations of social, educational or professional exclusion. The mission is to promote the integral development of people with intellectual or physical disabilities or suffering from mental suffering in the city of São Paulo through art and coexistence.

The treatment is offered through a weekly rhythm, an agenda, which invites everyone to art workshops, conversation circles, a swing in the hammock or a harvest in the garden’s aromatic vegetable garden. They are made up of a group of people who take responsibility for care, attention and inclusion, respecting the individuality of each person who arrives with their own way of being, of existing.

Junto com Franciscanos (Together with Franciscans)

On one end, the line of homeless people looking for food. On the other end, families who sold lunch boxes to company employees and were left without income overnight. And that’s how it started. First with family and friends, then acquaintances of acquaintances. The line of Franciscans grew and the Group, called “Junto com Franciscanos (Together with Franciscans)“, grew too.

DONORS – FAMILIES WHO COOK – POOR PEOPLE WHO EAT – FRANCISCANS. These are the 4 pillars of this action. The future project is to not lose the strength created by serving healthy and decent meals to the poor, who will still be many after the pandemic, and to generate jobs for families with a cooking profile, as the economy will take time to prosper.
