Thinking about the consumer and all the offers they can take advantage of at VIVA Supermarkets, we created VIVAntagem: a project that would bring new shopping experiences and customer loyalty, especially in the digital environment.
To ensure that VIVAntagem impacted the consumer in a creative way, we developed a series of strategies focused on online and point-of-sale, such as apps, interaction in stories, and promotions in Instagram posts.
